That's probably about 4000 steps, and if you walk there and back you're almost at 10000 steps without doing anything else.

And to be honest, much ppl dont even get 5k steps, cos they MUST go by bus 2-3 bus stations (smth bout 10 minute by foot). I understand when someone have "standing job", but a lot of only sits in job/buses/cars.
