Each time i try to use actifit on my mobile phone, it stops counting my steps when the backlight goes off. Is that normal for everyone else?

    There are a couple of things that would help with that:hey @pangoli,

    • First, make sure you turn on "aggressive tracking" under Settings
    • Ensure your battery saving mode is disabled for Actifit.
