I could probably give up a lot of the other stuff to eat my weight in fresh tropical fruit, so here's hoping that your tummy can handle it soon!
I had to learn the same thing about fitness in general. Some people can't stand running, while you will never catch me in a Zumba class. When I first became a trainer I thought there was one right way to train people. Boy was I wrong. Besides all of us having different goals and body types, if you don't enjoy your workouts you won't want to continue doing them. In that I also realized my style of training isn't going to be right for everyone, and that is totally ok. Not every client is the right fit for me either. 😉

That sounds really smart. I think the only workout I’ve come to loathe is a cycle class. Never again! I love yoga, Pilates, running, CrossFit, hybrid circuit rotation, weight lifting isn’t even that bad… of course all of the outdoors stuff like peddling, hiking, swimming, etc… I don’t, however, like anyone telling what to do so trainers don’t work for me. Haha… I guess I’m kind of a brat in that way. Dandays has tried to train me a couple times, that never works. I don’t know what wife could take orders from her husband at the gym… again, I’m a brat in that way.
Haha, see, we're all different. I don't mind joining in on classes when some of my co-workers teach (especially something like yoga that I tend not to do as much alone), but it would have to be the right kind of personality for me to be able to have an actual one-on-one trainer. Not that I need one since I kind of do it for a living, but even if I wasn't one myself I think I would still mostly work out on my own. 😜
I really should look into yoga here. I see signs everywhere but it would only behoove me to join in a class or two right now… idea inspired :)
