Mary Davis very aptly quoted - To walk in nature is to witness a thousand miracles . Morning walks in nature are magical and nurture our mind, body & soul. The early morning walk is blessings for the whole day and are therapeutic , opens up your mind, dispels negativity and brings whole freshness.

Away from the hustle and bustle of city this 3 mile nature trail surrounded by trees, mangroves & plants both the sides with light soothing music coming out from the speakers fitted inside the pillars installed on your trail blended with the sound of chirping, flocking & fluttering of birds make overall walking experience magical and refreshing.

Watching the sun come up in the morning and be with you while you walk and seeing the reflection of the sun in the still water is equally mesmerizing.

Watching birds perched in "disciplined" order of sequence is unique and equally astonishing.

A 45 minutes "brisk" walk in the serenity and tranquillity keeps you upbeat for the whole day. Morning "brisk" walk is the best and perhaps the most effective way to keep you not only fit and in shape but also keeps your mood upbeat & cheerful.

Coconut water after walking is refreshing and delicious too as its a great natural sports drink and helps re- hydrating your body. Amused by the jugglery of coconut seller skilfully opening coconut in 30 seconds.
