Sort:  

50 push ups will not happen. I have never been able to get that high, even in my 20's.

My lower extremities are the strongest. I do maintenance push-ups, especially in winter when not as active.

LOL...Now that I can handle. Actually I do 10 push-ups to maintain upper body strength. I have never pushed further, because I was just trying to keep the tone in my muscles...which includes much more than one's arms. Thank you for 50 sets one at a time.
