Got to 10k once again and the run is getting easier each time I do it. Upped the distance on the run Saturday before going back to the initial distance yesterday. Today I'm going to go for the longer distance again and try to make that the norm as time goes on for runs at least. Still thinking the step count is my primary concern though.
