I get tired and run down sometimes but it won't stop me doing 10k steps a day. If I think about stopping, I just think of Eddie Izzard. He was an overweight, unfit comedian that had only ever run for a bus. He did 43 marathons in 51 days running around the UK. Some of them were through the Welsh hills that I find tiring walking up. That’s good motivation, I never stop completely I might just miss one day at the gym every now and then
