Another Great start to the Week

Today we focused on chest and shoulders. We started with Chest Press 5 x 3 reps heavy plus 1 set til failure.

Then we went to Overhead press. 3 X 8 reps. Then Close grip Chest 3X10. Then we hit Shrugs 5X10 Triceps Pushdowns 5 X 10 and ended with Shoulders 5X 10.

Overall it was a wonderful day of sacrifice as we continue our streak of 52 weeks of dedication to Self, trusting in my accountability partner to get the absolute best out of me, as i will demand the best of Him. I hope you enjoy this video.
