I'm planning on having a three day fast after Christmas but how will it go - time will tell.

Wow, a three-day fast? Does that mean you eat nothing, or do you just limit yourself to broth and water and stuff like that?
Yeah, I think I'm going to go with only enough water to keep me hydrated. If I eat even a little bit, it's much harder for the stomach.
