为了完成今天的打卡任务，上班时一有空闲就活动一下，终于达成了5555，yeh。。。。
虽然感觉有点累，但快乐着。
自从开始打卡Actifit，觉得自己好动了许多，而且身体感觉越来越轻松。在适当的范围内，真是越运动、越快乐；越快乐、越运动。
