Whatโ€™s up STACKERS!

I think most of you probably already know what this โ€œweird contraptionโ€ pictured above is.

Yup, your guesses it... the dreaded stairmaster! ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿผโ€โ™‚๏ธ

After doing my regular weekly routine of lifting weights (about an hour), I decided to jump on this badboy and start climbing some stairs to test it out. ๐Ÿ˜’

I only lasted five minutes! Maybe itโ€™s not a good idea to use this thing on a day after I lifted tons of weights. ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Iโ€™m thinking about including this in my workouts later in the future. Iโ€™m tired of people calling me out cause of my chicken legs! ๐Ÿคฃ

Many of them just donโ€™t know, I got demโ€™ basketball legs and will jump all over them on the basketball courts with my hops! ๐Ÿ˜‰

With that being said, Iโ€™ve finished all my workouts for the week and I will now have a long three day weekend of relaxation.

Next workout will be on Monday! ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

I climb the length of the Statue of Liberty when I get on the one in the gym! 5-10 minutes is normally enought for me!

The most I ever did was 10 minutes. I should definitely add it to the routine though. Need the burn.
