Whatโs up STACKERS!
I think most of you probably already know what this โweird contraptionโ pictured above is.
Yup, your guesses it... the dreaded stairmaster! ๐คฆ๐ผโโ๏ธ
After doing my regular weekly routine of lifting weights (about an hour), I decided to jump on this badboy and start climbing some stairs to test it out. ๐
I only lasted five minutes! Maybe itโs not a good idea to use this thing on a day after I lifted tons of weights. ๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธ
Iโm thinking about including this in my workouts later in the future. Iโm tired of people calling me out cause of my chicken legs! ๐คฃ
Many of them just donโt know, I got demโ basketball legs and will jump all over them on the basketball courts with my hops! ๐
With that being said, Iโve finished all my workouts for the week and I will now have a long three day weekend of relaxation.
Next workout will be on Monday! ๐ฌ

I climb the length of the Statue of Liberty when I get on the one in the gym! 5-10 minutes is normally enought for me!
