On the Boardwalk
Another fairly quiet day, went for a morning walk by the beach to start the day, and watched a couple of games from the rugby world cup, all have been greta games so far, this afternoon I visited the dentist as a tooth broke yesterday, luckily it isn't painful and glad I could see the dentist today before it got painful although having a tooth pulled is never fun
Starting with a couple of shots from a previous visit to and walk along the boardwalk at Silver Sands State Park, I hope your not getting sick of shots from there but it is my favorite spot for a walk in the morning with the nice long Boardwalk by the water
The morning I took this shot there were some nice clouds that gave a nice glow as the sun was rising behind the railings along this part of the Boardwalk.

Some shots from my morning walk today
The sunrise was kind of subdued again this morning some nice subtle colors but nothing spectacular, but when I can be walking the beach instead of riding a train for an hour 45 Minutes its always a good day for me ;)

It was a nice temp for walking this morning and again I wasn't the first person walking on the boardwalk as you can see by these footprints in the dew on the walkway

I am kind of fascinated i guess but the footprints onthe walkways here is another shot of them near the end of the boardwalk.

Thanks I do feel the days are better after a walk on the beach it does set me up nicely for the day
Today I missed it, I just was to drained after having a tooth Pulled yesterday so today has been a totally lazy day

Ohh No today was even less active less than 2K steps, it took till late last night to stop the bleeding so I was totally run down today and took it easy

I remember from the time si stopped over there, seeing a few Nice sunrises, when I snuck out early for a walk while my wife was sleeping in LOL

Ouch, that just sounds painful when you say a tooth broke. I am glad to hear that it didn't hurt as much as it sounds. That is also good that you were able to get into the dentist right away. I know sometimes it can be hard to get into them when there is an emergency. Fantastic shots!
Actually it was no pain at all, but if I left it for long it would have got painful, the dentist I go to now who I only found early this year is excellent, he even came into his surgery on one of his off days one previous time when I had a lot of pain, not many do that these days
Yesterday he pulled the tooth and it broken to low to be able to recover it, never fun having a tooth pulled when on Blood thinners, it took me about six hours of clamping down on Gause till I stopped ther bleeding, so feeling really drained today and taking it very easy

Well yeah a little but probably better than if I had put it off and got an infection, by tomorrow I should be bouncing back :)

Thank you JJ, I enlisted in an arterial study today and after an intense examination and scans with the latest modern machines, they found the reason for my severe leg pains when I walk.
Thankfully they don't think it's blockages, but rather that the blood pressure pills that I drink every day is dropping my blood pressure too low.
From a previous average of 160 to a new of 114 (Systolic)
This is only what the examiner picked up and I will have to wait for the official results.
It seems that the pressure is too low to keep my legs going!
What a relief!

I have read that blood pressure pills can do that does are sense that it could affect your legs hopefully they can adjust your meds to resolve that an have you feeling better soon
But yes I bet that was such a relief
Certainly a great relief my friend, as we don't have the money for more stent operations. The last one almost bankrupted us.

Enlisted today into an arterial blockage study trial JJ. They did an intensive examination with modern machines and the good news is that they found the reason for this horrible pain in my legs when I walk.
Thankfully no blockages, but the blood pressure medicine that I take every day drops my blood pressure too low and therefore the feed to my legs are very weak. The pills dropped my blood pressure from 160 to 114!
It's also the reason why I can suddenly start to feel very bad.
Imagine that? They fix one thing with tablets to create problems with something else!

I can never get tired of shots from here! Nice last memories before the the winter takes over!!! Sorry about he tooth, by the way. I have been going to dentist since August, lol. Got all my teeth fixed, but luckily nothing broken.

Its funny only two weeks ago I finished a few sessionsat the dentist and thought i would have a break till next year Ohh well that wasnt meant to be,
My tooth is feeling better now, but still very swollen but thats a perk of being on Blood thinnners you bruise so easy
