Steemians!!!

LEEEEEG DAAAAAY 🦵🏽 hahaha that emoji is funny, hahahahaha so today legday that means free weights!!! But before tha @9:51 pm almost I close all my rings for my daily movement!!

Great workout beating my last max reps!! I will try increase in another 3 weeks that the goal!!!

Starting with Squat, 12/10/8 for warm up and then 5/6/8 with 250lbs great!!!

And max deadlift with 200lbs 3/8... feeling to start my legs a little bit tired fue remember that I’m not resting in this workout in the meantime is calf rise...

After that some leg press increasing 90 lbs 4/12 with Bulgarian squat...

I’m really like this workout!!

Ending with almost 5k steps...
