I've been planning to start a regular walk for quite sometime but I finally started to do it today without caring for whether I succeed to continue it not. My primary goal through this activity is to set my sleep routine. So, let's see if it's of any good.
By the way, the winter has arrived here in my part of world and for extreme hot and long summer here, winter is naturally a good news. For me, it increases my work stamina.
