Raport 157 z actifit Dzisiaj już mogę się pochwalić typowo sportowo aktywnością, z której jestem dumny. Pierwsze bieganie od dłuższego czasu. Ok. 4 kilometry w ciągu. Biegło mi się bardzo dobrze.

Dziękuję. Wiem, że wśród osób, które biegają to bardzo skromny wynik, ale ja akurat mimo, że raczej jestem aktywną osoba, to biegać nienawidzę :p Zdecydowanie wygrywa u mnie rower :) Dlatego też ten skromny wynik jest takim moim małym osobistym sukcesem.
