Hello Beautiful people it's SŰŁMĂÑ here and today i came up with an exciting fitness post of my morning jog routine well... i know 5k steps is not enough but i will try to increase gradually and try to reqch weight below 72kg its still a long run let hope i keep it up the pace and reduce my weight
