It's very easy, just one the app and take it along with you anywhere you're going. It automatically counts all your steps.
No it does not. It only count 1 out of 3 steps. Phone in handbag 0 steps. Phone in hand, walking not moving hand 0 steps. Phone in bra walked over 3000 steps 0 steps counted.
