Hey Fam Bam!

Loving the accountability of Actifit!

Just finished work in hospitality, and I am ready to go bed, that’s for sure.

The weather was a bit gloomy today, so didn’t have time to surf, ah well.

This is how today went down

.Woke up late..... again I know.
. Did some yoga ( day 2 of yoga with adrienes 30 day dedicate series, on YouTube)
. Cold shower (great for the cardiovascular system, Wim Hof style, paying attention to my breathing)
. Relax for the rest of the day
. Work

So no skipping today! Maybe tomorrow I’ll aim for 10 mins of skipping. It’s such a great skill, because you can take a rope anywhere with you.

I’m exhausted so I am off to bed!!
