Hi @ikrahch, many people mistaken walking as a non sport activity. Actually walking is the second best sport activity you can do after swimming sports. For me swimming is the best sports. There is no impact to your knees and it helps you gain more stamina in whatever you do. You should try walking for about 10km and tell me about it once you’ve done it. I bet you will love it.
Moreoever, walking you do not need a companion to do it. You can do it on your own and walk as much as you want. You don’t have impact especially to your knees. One of the reason I changed my sports to walking is becaused I’ve injured my knee playing badminton 6 years ago, and in order for me to be healthy, I choosed walking as my sports activity.
