I'm trying the app for the first time. I went for a 5km walk. I still remember those times when I could run. Maybe I will again someday.

          Well, I was in an accident and my legs and spine suffered. I shouldn´t be exercising at all per medical recommendations, but my energy is not what it was so I´m trying to keep active by walking.
