As I am new here, let me introduce myself and say a few words about why I am here.
There is common saying that a woman shouldnt be asked her age, so allow me to say it without being asked ;) I am 35 years old and live in Poland, Silesia region. Is it important? Yes and no. I decided to say it loud in case someone was wondering if they are in right age to pick up some activitiy - yes! Always. It is always the right time to do what you like and it only matters how old you feel, not what the metrics shows :)
This is also why Im here. Ive always been active, did many sports and activities in my life, some gave me more fun, some less. A year ago I started mountain hiking and trail running. I went to a trail festival with my friends and so it went on. Running, trail, mountains and sports gave me a lot of power and determination, helped do better and enjoy life more, even set up some goals and dreams. And so I would like to share it with you, hoping that my story and activities would help you find more energy and pleasure in what you do.
