Lets put things into perspective.We wake up, get ready for school or work,work,come back from work,spend sometime with family,sleep and then wake up again and the cycle goes on.If you are stuck in that kind of cycle you need pitstops. PitStops is when I take some time out for myself and go out alone for a milkshake or some fresh juice and relax my mind from the worldly affairs.What this does is that it refuels our soul and mind.We will feel more refreshened and our stress level will decrease.
If you have variation in your daily activities it is a good thing for you as it will not alienate you and you won’t get bored.
