The cycle of shame after failure, how we perceive ourselves, is what eventually kills us, if we let it. The addiction to "....", is merely the by product of our attempts at escaping reality, and instant peace from our issues. The hardest part of moving forward mentally is learning from our mistakes, instead of medicating because of them. The best medicine is reading Proverbs, no drug can compare, because at the end of the day, there's only one thing that can fill that gaping hole in our soul.
