Getting rid of refined sugars will change your body for the better. You will not get "brain fog" and you will improve your GI bacteria. As for the drinking...just make sure to be proactive and have a game plan before drinking. Set a number of drinks for the night or have someone monitor your drinking. Keep up the good work!
