Great @liverehab!
I guess everyone has an addiction. There are those with less, some are really addicts. Some maybe just slight addiction. Or other may just been under development towards addiction. And maybe some are already addiction free. This attitude of gratitude is actually for all. Be aware that those without addiction, are not yet totally free to be addicted on something. Even in our own thoughts and feelings, we could be an addict. As long as we're still alive, our human nature always crave for something. And a lot of temptations surround us, in and out. Being grateful every moment, every minute, every hour, every day and for the rest of our lives is one of the effective tools to develop moderation.
Anyways, its all my personal opinion based on my faith, knowledge and experience.
I nearly forgot. The 5 things that I'm grateful for:
- my life 2. my joy 3. my problems 4.my faith 5. my knowledge 6. my experience.
Oh that was 6 lol!
