A succulent banquet is this publication, @luces. As you say, gastronomy defines each region within Venezuela and Latin America. Of those you mention I love, of course, Venezuelan food, especially fish like good oriental, arepas, cachapas with cheese and the multisápida hallaca. But I also enjoy Mexican food with guacamole, quesadillas and burritos, and Argentine food with its variety of grilled meats.
A good and unforgettable meeting is always made around an exquisite meal and we have to choose and savor dishes from our country or our Latin American brothers.
