Definitely teamwork is important to achieve all goals, respecting an organizational structure is also important, since responsibilities are assumed according to certain characteristics and competencies. Another important thing in any organization or company is the communication between the members and the different departments. When communication is effective and fluid, there is no room for misunderstandings or unfulfilled tasks, everyone assumes their commitment if it is clear what they must do.
