Is ADSactly a Ponzi scam?

in #adsactly6 years ago

According to google a ponzi scam is a fraudulent investing scam promising high rates of return with little risk to investors. The Ponzi scheme generates returns for older investors by acquiring new investors.

Further, as has been deemed by US courts, a ponzi scam is effectively any investment scam where the money paid to investors is not coming from the business being invested in. This means a multi-billionaire cannot create a ponzi scam and say "well I have the funds to pay people from my own private accounts."

To not be a ponzi scam, funds paid, must come from the result of sales taking place - or they must be registered as a security investment with the US (to deal with US investors).

So is there an ADSactly scam under such a definition?

The claim that there is an ADSactly scam running as a ponzi was started by behindmlm several years ago. They made the ADSactly scam claim prior to ADSactly having launched any sort of site to justify ponzi scam claims.

Behindmlm reviewed an upcoming website before there was ever a launch and deemed an unreleased website as part of an ADSactly Scam.

They didn't understand anything about ADSactly nor what it was doing, The claims of ADSactly scam actually held up the launch of a great website for years.

As we at CSOS, the Crypto Society of Secrets, are now working with ADSactly we want to put the ADSactly scam claims to rest and finally get this awesome website they have launched. So when you see our posts containing the words ADSactly scam over and over, this is why.

One of the things we are working to do is bury all ADSactly Scam results within search engines so only the truth is left when people search the term ADSactly Scam.

As we said in yesterday's post, ADSactly Scam simply doesn't exist.

Instead of an ADSactly scam deemed a ponzi, ADSactly has a full featured marketing platform. The platform contains a social network, a traffic exchange, a safelist, an article marketing platform, and several other features.

People will be able to earn cryptocurrency using the platform however not in a way that will cause ADSactly to be defined as ADSactly Scam.

Further the platform will be made available free and opensource to anyone and can even be used for launching an ICO with built in AML/KYC document collection features.

This hardly makes the ADSactly Scam claims legit.

Behindmlm has in the past called any traffic exchange a ponzi and this caused the ADSactly scam claim to surface within their review.

The ADSactly Scam claim was taken so seriously by ADSactly, that they wanted people with more experience on the subject to ensure they weren't actually running a scam. So instead of dealing with the ADSactly Scam claims, they put the project on the back burner.

We at CSOS intend to help ADSactly launch this website within the next 2 months and let the world finally see there is no ADSactly scam nor ADSactly ponzi.

In fact, to dispel the claim of ADSactly Scam the platform goes so far as to separate affiliates from users of the platform to separate any claim of those investing from those being paid for referring new members.

As anyone can clearly see, these are not the actions of any ADSactly Scam.

These are the actions of a Society with members who care enough to end the ADSactly Scam claims and dispel the ADSactly Scam myths.

Help support ADSactly by sharing, liking, and commenting about these false ADSactly scam claims.

I love the screenshots and the news of what ADSactly is working on. I have been using the public mining pool to help out lately and nice to see other things are in the works. Very excited to see this get launched. Also great to see someone helping clear up the reputation as well.

I almost never comment on anything but think your efforts to help ADSactly are certainly worth a like and comment. There are enough legitimate scams in the industry that we don't need false reports of scams in the mix.
