Every society / government / group of people consists of good people and of some bad ones. Most of the time in my experience, the good ones outnumber the bad ones by large. Same for steem, same for adsactly and same for any group imaginable.
I see so many much larger problems around this platform, that I tend to support groups, that are generally more helpful than destructive. Can't add much more :-)
The adsactly official account is it that does the censoring. Just look down a bit here.
Also there are "bots" following those downvotes and downvoting too.

If they would be interested in Steem (and not only their profit), they would answer those questions.
If they invite people with honest and good intentions, how come they they often act like the evil guys in a Bond film?
Self-descrption and actions are totally opposite.
