A man had four sons, and he sent them one by one to a pear tree that had grown far from their house:
The first boy went to the tree in winter, the second in spring, the third in summer, and the fourth in autumn. The father then called everyone and asked them to describe the tree based on what they had seen.
The first boy said: The tree was ugly, crooked and tangled.
The second boy said: No .. it was a tree covered with buds and full of hope to blossom ...
Then the third said: No .. it was a tree full of beautiful and fragrant flowers .. and it was the most glorious scene I have ever seen.
The fourth boy said: No !!! The mature tree was full of fruits .. full of life and fertility!
The man smiled and said: You were all right, but each of you has only seen one chapter of the tree life! You can not judge a tree or a human being by one season: they are all the product of what they are, and the joy, enthusiasm, and love that comes from their lives only show up at the end, when all the seasons have come and gone.
