I had the privledge of working at 432 Park Ave on the 79th floor which is a full 8,000+ sq. ft. floor plan. On June 10th, 2016, the 79th floor was purchased by an unidentified buyer who paid a whopping $59,144,632, which was the most expensive sale at the time.
