and I tried to climb a mountain whose name is mountain goh lumo mountain ... Goh Leumo is the name of a mountain on the north coast of Sumatra. Goh is a term in Aceh to refer to the hump. While Leumo means cow. So Goh Leumo if translated into Indonesian means hump bulls.

That said, the name was pinned because of the shape of the mountain that resembles a cow hump. Goh Leumo is in the village of Lam Badeuk, Peukan Bada Sub-district, Aceh Besar. The vegetation type of the area is heterogeneous, with various flora and fauna living in it.

The atmosphere is very tense and extrim when climbing punjak Goh Leumo Aceh Besar with a height of 3000 meters and distance for 4 hours. In every street there are chasms that are so scary to reach the top of Goh Leumo.

Goh Leumo incorrect The highest mountain peak in Aceh Besar apart from the top of the mountain. It is called the top of Goh Leumo because this peak is very similar to the cow's shoulder when we look at it from a distance. So no one if this punjak named with peak Goh Leumo by everyone.

Personally, climbing Goh Leumo's peak is tiring and the thigh bones are like they are loose in the body, the heart pumps very fast and the breath is like a person running out of oxygen. Though I often climb the peak of Mount Lam Badeuk, but berbada once climbing mount punjak Goh Leumo Aceh Besar, probably because I do not often climb the top of the mountain as usual.

Mount Goeh Leumo offers a variety of beauty, including the view of Banda Aceh City at night filled with flickering neon lights, the beauty of the sunrise (sunrise) in the morning and the view of the City of Banda Aceh and parts of Aceh Besar region during the day. Mount Goeh Leumo has the potential of ecotourism that can be sold to local tourists and foreign tourists so that people around the mountain can work as a tour guide as well as the business community is also more advanced. However, environmental sustainability and integrity in Goeh Leumo should be a top priority so that sustainable eco-tourism will be established.
