Today's article is about a couple of mistakes we have made ...
A few habits that make us unhappy and disordered if we let them arise in our lives.
My goal is to give you a few useful tips with which you can free yourself from these destructive habits.
Above all, I want you to discover the power of simplicity, especially if you have felt that your life is something complicated.
1. Stop Thinking Too Much Things
This habit is known as "Paralysis by analysis", and the consequences it brings are incredible ... An arduous waste of your energies and your time.
If you must decide between doing one thing or not, or between doing one thing instead of another, set a short time limit to define what will happen.
In the case of simple and routine decisions, you should not take more than 5 minutes deciding. And in case it is something bigger or influential, then I think that in a single afternoon you can consider all the necessary angles to decide.
On the other hand, I do not know if it happens to you, but in my case it's harder for me to concentrate and think clearly to make a decision when I'm hungry or when I'm getting ready to sleep.
Detecting if in your life there are also times when it is more difficult for you to make decisions without being paralyzed, will help you to avoid such situations and thus you will be much more efficient when you have to plan or decide an action.
2. Do not Make Up If Not Required
How we keep submerged in the routines, be it from work, or from school, or in our home with our daily duties; We think that our life is really complicated ... But it should not be.
Every day, or every moment that you have to decide on an action, just think for a moment about the impact that will bring for your life in the short, medium and long term.
If it will mean nothing in the future and you can avoid it, then replace it with something more meaningful. And of course, keep in mind when deciding the meaning of something that rest and fun without excesses or abuse, is favorable for health and happiness.
3. Do not Suppose More ... That Only Brings Stress
This I think is the most stressful and exhausting habit of all, and certainly is one that manages to complicate our lives by 110%.
Assume of people, what will happen if you do or stop doing something, how others will take what you say or think, etc., are things that occupy mental space in your mind and do not bring anything positive because they leave you in the same uncertainty with which you started.
Make your life easier adopting the habit of asking people instead of supposing things about them, of daring you, of being sincere, of trying what you think to see what happens.
Obviously there are moral, ethical and legal limits on what we think to do at a certain moment, but those limits and you know them and I'm almost sure that your assumptions have remained in the range of acceptable, so check them and do not waste more thinking in what will happen.
