Transmuting Dark Emotions Once We Allow Ourselves to FEEL Without Attachment

in #advice7 years ago

I appreciate intense emotional expressions by others because THEIR pain helps me tap into mine.

But we don't want to stay in our pain or anger.
So I have been playing with and experiencing transmutation.

I've been on the hell side and the heaven side so powerfully.
--->HELL is denial.
a repression.
A resistance.
That who resides in hell which can be called the "satanic"
is ATTACHING to any emotion.
Instead we can NOTICE a feeling.
And safely and with grace provide ourselves with the safe space to express it.
Not allowing that
emotion to be us or control us.
all the while knowing it must be carefully expelled and expressed.<--

So knowing hell and it's resident,
I can CHOOSE because I know which one I want to be in.
HEAVEN.
With affirming beliefs.
Tools to release.
Hope.
Love and
visions and dreams.
Of beautiful divinity.
A realm beyond all of this crazy
dark
energy.

-->summoned by man, who got fearful, forgetful, and cocky.
And by the way, created his own language different from the universal language shared by animals and plants.<--

But the hell creeps up,
so I, loving myself enough to want to choose joy, am learning from my inner guiding wisdom about putting up a shield and safe container
to not let every energy in
Learn to EXPRESS and release
Without BEING that energy
Hence acting and singing and my 'release and allow' practice really help me.
I connect with hurting people because IM HURTING.
I'm feeling the anger and pain and depression that stems and is fueled by capitalism .
the pain of this society
It actually hurts.
And when something hurts, we can tend to get angry.
Because we don't want to hurt.
That's some straight up masculine energy approach.
Divine masculine would allow.
and release.
and allow.
If you repress anger instead of express, therefore turning it inward, you get depressed. Anger turned inward leads to depression. Needing to cut could rise from this.

Repressing your joy leads to a life that is mundane.
Aka
numb.
Not fully alive.
And god damnit I AM ALIVE.
But "society" aka media also tries to suppress us truly believing we deserve JOY and LOVE JUST AS WE ARE.
So more hurt. Aka more anger. More inward expression because feeling unsafe to express anger outwardly due to fear of being called "crazy" or "manly."

I can't transmute what isn't allowed.
I can't transmute what is not felt.
I can't transmute what is not expressed into beautiful songs and butterflies and dreams.
So there is a dilemma.
If you believe " You are too intense to be seen."

I have really intense stuff.
And I CHOOSE TO RELEASE.
I will provide myself the safe space, whether it's with a trusted friend or alone in my car or in the woods, and release what must be expressed instead of holding it in.
That has helped NO ONE.
And when I'm liberated, integrated and whole, I help EVERYONE.

Sort:

Repressing is mundane. To release to others is to help yourself. To accept others is to help them. Your words I like to read. Though care, postive and negative words combined in sentences limit their impacts. Hold true to the meanings you wish to convey. Seperate the elements to speak negatively or positively. Joy is life. Every word has its meaning, a very word has its mean ing. :P.

Thank you:) Yes definitely, words are meaningful
