Can I in my own words explain awareness in the now moment as being aware of what you can see, hear, smell, feel. Being aware of your breath flowing smoothly in and out of you. Feeling your body from inside? For example can you be aware of your legs as if you are feeling the inside of them? Can you hear the silence beyond any noise that may be there? Just letting your thoughts flow. Just let it be and let’s see what happens. Don’t judge any of it, just feel it.

And I'd add, to be aware also of the potentials emanating from the now moment. It's called the expanded now moment.
