Electing of Leader

his is our duty as a servant of God, that is to fulfill the mandates of those who are entitled to receive it, and to judge the law justly among men according to the provisions of God. The command to judge justly between men involves justice that extends among men indiscriminately. In a hadith the Prophet conveyed that a just leader will sustain the shade of Allah SWT.
