One of the projects is a game, the other is an animation series. Because two big projects are better than one x_x
at least I'm not doing the game on my own and also not doing the coding nonsense
The learning curve for this kind of stuff can be quite steep at the outset, it does get easier, it can take a very long time before it starts feeling like it's getting easier :)
