In an effort to fully contextualize the complex mindset and worldview of African cultural value and it attribute, it is therefore my opinion to emancipate some Africa people's values which can be seen as part of their culture.
It is necessary for us to have an understanding of the concept of culture and its meaning. Culture which refers to the totality and pattern of behaviour a particular group of people exhibit, this includes everything that makes them distinct from any other group of people.
For example, their greeting habits, dressing, social norms, food, songs and dance patterns, rites of passages from birth, through marriage to death, traditional occupations, religious as well as philosophical perspective and belief.
GREETING
Greeting help in establishing a good relationship with people. Once this is achieved it will only make any person's volunteer experience better, and the most common sign of greeting in Africa is the handshake, which must be firm and demonstrated in a respectful way.
PUBLICLY SHOWING OF ANGER, PROBLEM OR DISAPPOINTMENT
It is highly important not to publicly display any sort of negative feeling in public. Africans in particular have incredible self control, and majority of them are being careful not to offend or shame anyone in public.RESPECT FOR ELDERS
African cultural values are based on the perspective of their cultural value and respect for elders have been Africa way of showing gratitude to anyone who is an elder, and this is the reason why elders are so well respected. They always acknowledge their elder in all aspect of life.HAVE RESPECT FOR CONSTITUTED AUTHORITY.
Africa continent have since embrace rulership since time immemorial even before the colonial era, they have been with rules and regulations guiding them which varies from one community to another with a supreme king having absolute power our the people. Africa believe authority is made by God not man, therefore there have been this respect for leadership throughout Africa.
