Have gone through many people's post and have noticed many error been made by some steemians especially the newbies in aspect of making a successful post and fixing it in a right place.
After seeing all this I decided to do some research to help newbies and other steemian's to correct this mistakes, then i arrived at this;
- POSTING TIME
Does time really important when post?
Yes! Time is one of the most important factors when making a successful post on Steemit because it expose your post to the world at an appropriate time.
Many thinks people are always online, so they decided to post anytime they feel like. But this is very wrong, according to steemvoter chart
The best time to make your post available to the world is around (8-10am EST )in the morning when people are not much online (newbies) because it will face less competition and will be easily seen by people before they started posting and bury your post.
Also note that the best day to make a successful post is during the weekend, because there’s fewer posts submitted on weekend therefore, make it less competitive.
WHAT TO POST
Many steemian's are always on the run, just because they do not know what to post.
You see many steemian's account been updated every five days but each of their post still ends up in the shadow.
So, to make a good post you need to follow this protocol as Economist:
- What to write
- Lay down of your writeup
- For whom the writeup is all about(tags)
WHAT TO WRITE
Your writeup is like finding a means to satisfy your customer that are always asking for more even though there is nothing in store.
So what you need to do is a little research on how to satisfy their wants e.g (cryptocurrency is an aspect where you find many people, because that is where they make living). so your writeup depends on your customers want.
LAY DOWN OF WRITE UP
After you have done your research and have gotten what to write, then you work with your writing skills by putting all your research into written. Always note that a writeup without a good illustration is a dead post.
FOR WHOM THE WRITEUP IS ALL ABOUT
This is generally talking about the tags in which your post is been sent to. Many people have come up with a good post but end up sending it to a wrong tags which gave low payout. E.g someone introducing his/herself then sending it to cryptocurrency or Dtube.
Summary
Your post has the highest chance of success if you:
Post it around 8-10am EST to avoid competition
Post a good writeup by satisfying fellow steemians
Use right tags
