Age Reversal. Update 1.

in #agereversal8 months ago

Hey, hey, hey! I'm back with my beloved (and quite desperate) project of age reversal. I'm still a beginner here and it took me a lot of trial and error to get even the most insignificant of results, but I am here with an update. Yes, some progress was made.

But before I begin with the main course I'd like to say why I'm doing it and what is it that I'm doing. Because, you see, some people out there instantly go on defensive saying how "you can't make time flow backwards" whenever I speak about age reversal. But that's the thing, chronological time does not exist; it was created by humans to measure the distance between events. Time is as real as the concept of countries, virginity or laws - these things don't exist in nature, they were created by humans and will exist only for as long as humanity exists. It is convenient, but it's only that. The reality of things is that we shouldn't care about things that aren't real. Also, it's quite funny that all of us have changed the speed of fhe time flow many times, but all we could do was speed it up or slow it down, without the tasty abilities like completely stopping it or rewinding. With that said, let's not talk about it.

I set off for this journey to reverse my age and experience the life I've always wanted but could never have. Life is unfair and the most logical thing for absolutely everyone to do is kill themselves the second they get to be alive. Unfortunately we're living in a mad-mad world where finding an adequate person is quite hard, in a world where everyone is a follower of the cult of life and they're so deep in that religion they can't look beyond it. So, life is unfair and there's really no point even staying alive. No, seriously. Say, do you enjoy sport games where one team always has advantage in numbers, or age difference? Do you enjoy non-symmetrical maps in MOBAs or RTS where one team starts with all the resources and fortifications? Do you enjoy watching car races where half of the races get to start with no cars and have to rely on their own two feet? Of course no! And of course you wouldn't have fun watching these games, and especially participating in them. And yet you're here, reading that post. You're still alive knowing full well you will not be seeing some magical luck or success and you'll just live an average life of the 99%. You are insane. So, since you're already insane, let me welcome you to my age reversal blog where I learn how to age backwards.

Now, what do I even mean by it? What is age? In short, all I care about doing is enhancing my hearing to the level of children's, meaning I'll have to learn to hear the high frequencies and get rid of my constant tinnitus. More on that later. Next, vision, I need good and sharp vision. Third, I gotta look believeable, meaning stopping all the facial hair growth and getting rid of the annoying beard for good. Fourth, shrinking in size, as I'm aiming to pass as a teen, actually. And fifth, getting my health to a great level, meaning improving my immunity system, finding energy somewhere and so on. But let's get over these one by one.

I started with hearing and vision for a reason - I have indeed improved them. I'm still a long journey away from my ideal goal but I'll get there. Point is, with just mere three days of practicing I was able to improve my vision to what it was like when I was 15 and my hearing to about 3 years back. Chronologically I am 23 at the moment of writing this, but I've become used to saying I'm 22. My biggest problem with hearing is the tinnitus, this constant ringing in the ears which I used to not care for since I was told it was normal and everyone has it. Turns out one has to be a total idiot to listen to their parents, so no, not everyone has it and it was indeed getting worse. Years ago I was able to enjoy the loud music for hours and then fall asleep in total silence. But it was so long ago I have forgotten what silence is like. And I wouldn't be surprised if it went worse had I not began my age reversal project. I'm really so happy for it. So, let's talk about how to deal with tinnitus.

Tinnitus, also known as "that annoying ringing in the ears", is NOT a disorder, disease or trauma. It is a SYMPTOM. Remember this, because the next time you go online to Brave for some answers you're going to find that "there is no cure for tinnitus". See what I mean when I tell you not to listen to anyone but yourself? Logic is, if tinnitus is a symptom, then to get rid of it all you have to do is eliminate the root of the problem. For a while I was sure it was migraines because my head hurts often and occasionally in this pulsating manner, when the ringing also pulses. But reading about migraines (which, apparently, also "cannot be cured") I found that while I may have some of the signs, I don't have them. Even if I'm about to get them soon for real, I can rewire my brain to not believe in having them, thus curing their signs. So, in my case, the tinnitus is caused by stress. Or, rather, stress and anxiety caused anxiety disorder and the anxiety disorder causes tinnitus. I know that for two reasons: stress have always been there with me since school, and even my research shows me that anxiety disorder can indeed cause tinnitus. Now, the issue is, anxiety disorder is - say it with me - not curable. Geez, people create robotic hands and insert artificial vaginas to their bodies and yet it seems we still can't cure a common cold. Well, this sure hinders me a lot. Now I have to completely get rid of stress and cure my anxiety disorder without any outside help (unless you, the reader, is willing to provide some) because all of those dumb professionals believe that disorders cannot be cured, only treated. Which makes me wonder why is anyone still alive, again. Either way, curing my anxiety disorder by first eliminating stress is the first step to take and we'll see where to go from there. And here's my tip on how to do it: meditation is the key and the exercise is the crowbar. I get lots of stress from thoughts like "If I lose this job I'll be left with no shelter and no food", or "If I try to say something someone doesn't like they're going to beat me up and cause some permanent damage, leading to the regression in my project" and so on. Meditation generally helps me to stop being stressed while exercise helps me get more certain that I can kill the person with a single punch of a fist before they can harm me. Unfortunately, muscles is not something I want to have, but having no muscle at all is also not that great. I gotta get in shape anyhow so for now exercise works. It's only been about two weeks of practice and I can safely say that I did become less stressed, even managed to lose my credit card and an anti-mosquito spray and not get conquered by panic, instead I trusted my luck and stayed calm, which helped me recover those items so I could keep taking bus rides from work and having no insect drink me in peace. Beautiful.

Improving vision happened kind of on its own, honestly. The secret is that eyes aren't the only thing that determines what you see. You can have perfectly fine eyes and still get crappy vision. Why? Because between the eyes and your ability to see stands the brain which tends to get stuff wrong or get lazy processing information. Did you know that when your muscles get tired after holding something heavy for a while is the fault of the brain getting lazy sending the same signals to the muscle, instead of the muscles growing numb? I tell ya, you should have gotten rid of that useless brain thing back in the dinosaur extinction era. Anyway, by increasing the blood flow to the parts responsible for vision, which I did accidentally when trying to relax my hearing to get rid of tinnitus, I was able to sharpen my vision quite a bit in the mere three days. I should continue, maybe I'll get even better results. But at least my left eye isn't lagging behind my right eye anymore.

So what about looking believeable and shrinking in size? You see, this is where my progress ends. I only thought of this today so I don't have much to share here. Point is, I have a vision of what I want to look like - perfect spotless skin, no scars, shorter height so that people would actually call me short when they see me, but I don't mean super child size, just not this perfect average I have right now, just 5 cms or so would do it for me. Of course getting my tooth to grow back and getting rid of the growing beard is a must here. I'm afraid I'm gonna have to remove this dead corpse of a tooth from my mouth first and then practice growing new teeth. But I'll have to get that eventually, not now. Now I'm more focused on stress, you know, one step at a time.

Lastly, let's discuss health. Well, we've been discussing health this whole time as aging is actually a disease and I'm aiming to cure myself of it. Of course, all I want is to experience the things only the teens can experience before moving on to the young adult life stage. So, I'm not aiming to be immortal or keep my health like this forever, but you're free to pick up on my research and continue your path. Now, you've all hear these stupid "eat healthy", "sleep enough", "don't stare at the screen at nigh" and so on. Honestly, I didn't care for these myself because I didn't have a goal. But you know what, I have a goal now, I wanna get to America in two years and live a teenage life for a bit, so I started taking care of my health and these stupid pieces of advice turned out to be quite useful! I do recommend though to experiment on things yourself instead of looking up some already existing diet or lifestyle. Though don't come up with yoga poses, just follow what already exists.

Remember, in order to make this work it's important to use all tools at our disposal. Technology, biology, spirituality, religion and so on; absolutely all of it could be used as a tool. And I'm off to cure my tinnitus now. Good night
