I had an interview with Mr Goddy, the owner of the charcoal making venture. He has been on the business for over 10years. He confidently tells that he is using the work to train his children and also his brother's children as he has over 6 children staying with him with the oldest among them being 12years.
He, Mr Goddy is a known charcoal producer in the whole of Owan West and its environs and does supply of charcoal within and outside the state. He spoke me through the step by step of his venture and he looks satisfied doing what he does. His children come around to help him in drawing water to quench the charcoal. He is assisted by his eldest son who is 26years of age.
both of them have so understood the business that they know exactly what to do at any point in the process. You will easily notice the synergy that works within the two. The father rarely gives instructions but the son seems to know, and does what needs to be done.
After the long discussion with both father and son, i bought two bags from them to be used for my poultry. and of course, father and son filled two bags for me
I had a great time around them and of course i got to pay a discounted price for the 2 bags i bought.
