I am not too sure where to ask questions so I'll throw this out there and maybe I get lucky and get a response.
I used to code way back in the early days of computers (mid 1980's). It was lots of fun but I didn't see a job in it so I followed a different path (silly me).
Now as I approach retirement I'd like to get back into programming. As I think dApps are the coming wave I'd love to learn how to program them. I also love the Hive community so I'd love to learn how to create dApps for the Hive infrastructure.
After a little looking and a little reading it appears that :
Python is the 'easier' modern language to learn but
Java is the native language of android and seems to have the best support for accessing the Hive blockchain.
So my question to any smart Hive minded types: Which language should I try to learn for fun and as a possible retirement side hustle.
Thanks
Hi..how are you?
