Welcome to STEEM! Just a little suggestion to help you out. While sharing videos is great you might want to add a bit more of your original content. Maybe include text on why you shared this video, what you found interesting about it, etc.
It is sort of like doing a short essay for school. This may help you a bit more. Put your spin on your posts! Some resources for you that you might find interesting are @shadowspub and her PYPT podcast and the @steemterminal which is a group dedicated to helping new people joining STEEM. You will find many answers and a great deal of help.
The key to success on STEEM, like in any other endeavor, is networking. Check out other Steem folks' posts that interest you, learn from them, vote their posts (costs you nothing, yet I would keep your SP at the level of 80% while starting out), and leave a thoughtful comment as to why you upvoted their post, i.e., what you liked about the post, what you found interesting and your thoughts.
Just like everything, this is a learning process. When one of us succeeds, we all succeed.
