Recipe of Rujak Aceh Cuisine
Material :
250 grams of yam, peeled, finely chopped
250 grams of raw mango, discarded skin and seeds, finely chopped
1 pineapple, peeled, finely chopped
100 grams of cucumber, finely chopped
100 grams of salak, finely chopped
250 grams of grapefruit flesh
5 guava fruit, finely chopped
100 grams of carrot, finely chopped
2000 cc hot water
200 grams of sugar (depending on taste)
2 tablespoons salt (depending on taste)
3 red peppers, mashed
lime juice, if necessary
ice cubes as needed.
How to make :
Mix all ingredients together. Stir and taste the marinade, add salt, sugar and lemon juice if necessary.
After that serve by inserting ice cubes to taste.
