Today, we are going to dig into a vital topic for female body fitness. Many ladies want to look plush and glam but many lack the right knowledge to make that come to pass.
You don't have to go get butt implants via surgical operations. You don't have to use artificial butt pads and so many other things that people do. All you need is already in your body; EXPRESS IT!
To effectively increase the size of your posterior, you have to learn how to do this simple exercise called "SQUATING". There is an effective way to do it and an ineffective way to do it.

How To Do SQUATTING EXERCISE The Right Way
INCORRECT METHOD
In as much as this looks like she's doing some cool workout, it is still incorrect. Read below to learn why...
CORRECT METHOD
Did you notice any difference between the first and second one? Of course you must have noticed if you are observant. Okay lets break it down to the basics.
1- Stand Straight.
2- Legs should be as wide as your shoulders
3- Outstretch your hands
4- Squat with your back (spine) straight.
5- Keep your soles flat.
6- Don't move your knees beyond your toe tips
- Now Go back and look at the 2nd GIF again!
- Try and imitate these movements as written and as shown in the image.
- Do it over and over until the correct movement becomes a reflex action.
- Once you can do this, then you are ready to proceed!
NOTES:
Do 20-30 Revs per day!
Challenge yourself and do it for 6 straight days per week.
Rest on Sundays!
Eat proper diet with adequate proteins eg milk, eggs, beans, chicken etcz.
These help to grow the Bum quicker.
You should notice considerable changes/increase in bum size in 1 month (30 days). Continue doing this for another 3 months, 6 months, 1 year etcx to get that perfect Kim Kardashian Butt!
