in my experience there is no fast diet.
people are hard pressed for fast food, and junk food (including juices with lots of sugar)
Fast diets are not healthy and are not effective.
by my experience diet must be a combination of reduced food, high quality and healthy food and exercise.
Also, it is very important to eat everything (even sweets and junk food).
The reason for this is that if a person will consume a small cube of chocolate (because of desire) once a week, there will be no problems and the person will satisfy cravings for sweets.
if the person do not do so it will came a moment when the person will eat too sweet and that would be a big problem.
