There was a cartoon here where the dog Snoopy imagined he was fighting the Red Baron in WWI. They even wrote a song about it.
Here is part of the cartoon:

Last, but not least, Her is what 99% of the people do NOT know:
Baron Von Richthofen was a very successful German Ace with 80 kills. Snoopy (this actually was the Pilot's nickname) was a green replacement, on his first combat flight. He saw the bright red Folker triplane before the Red Baron saw him. He set up an amateur deflection shot, and Got him. The Red Baron landed his plane, and then bled out before they could help him.
So you see, in fact, Snoopy really did shoot down the Red Baron!
:)
That's a pretty good story to be honest, am glad new age are still keeping history alive in whichever form they can, I always heard of the snoopy dog thing but never knew the story behind it as I am not a cartoons fan myself but thank you for telling me yet another very interesting aspect of history
I love finding the story behind the story, it is fun!
Sometimes it makes me laugh, like Snoopy and the Red Baron
This electronic propulsion system is interesting, and they could stack electrode banks to get higher speed and push! This motor could be placed inside a tube, and rival a jet engine.
Needing no fuel, this is very inexpensive to use!
``:)>`
It made me laugh too like I never heard it and I never thought it will be this interesting :D
Needing no fuel? still flying? wow that is something
Well, no entirely, it uses electricity for what passes for fuel. it males the air positively charged, then draws it toward a negative electrode. This air flow is the forward thrust.
if you put another cell behind the first, you can speed it up more. A third cell would be faster still....
If you make the electricity with a hydrogen based fuel cell, the fuel becomes the hydrogen gas. The exhaust is water.

Okay, I guess we have learnt enough to build one our self, what do you think @smithlabs ? :P Lets do it now, and put our name to the record books :D
Jokes apart, you really have some solid information/knowledge about aviation
It would be fun for sure! I have so much I need to do first, it will have to wait. I have several pages of new stuff I need to build first.
I like aviation, My Son in Law is an A&P, so he can rebuild crashed airplanes.
I am working on a deep well oil recovery pump, that will lift oil from 5000 feet deep.
