"Everything in moderation," as they say...
And then, every body is different - and has different needs at different times.
I don't suppose you know your blood type...? Type O's are certainly carnivores and would not do well without any meat. Personally, I'm a Type A and have found the corresponding diet recommendations to work well for me - chicken okay, though fine without pork and beef. Though any sense of dogmatic rigidity about it would probably be far more damaging than the food itself.
Ultimately, I'd think it'd be say to say that as long as we're in-tune and listen to our own bodies, we'll do alright. It always dictates what does and doesn't vibe, and in what proportions...
Yes, that statement is true. Certainly everybody is different. No one can climb into somebody else’s body, so telling them what to eat sometimes will cause improper things to happen. Sometimes positive outcomes even, it goes both ways.
I know you understand that I was simply staring my own experience. A lot of energy came out of that initial comment of mine, probably read somewhat aggressive.
Yes I am Type-O. When I started vegetarian/vegan I didn’t know about the classifications by blood/diet type.
I now know the blood type classifications exist, and I believe there is truth to them. However again, there are anomalies.
Hence why being in tune with your own body is the strongest move to make.
No, I didn’t sense any sort of aggression. All good. :-)
