In Ghana we have lots of body builder who just wake up and just hit the gym.. Not having any idea on what supplement is good for pumping.. Most also just train without supplement which is very bad..

If u can't afford protein powder with high protein content, you can buy herbalife protein powder which is of very low price. Vitamins and good fat is also good since it keeps your joints well lubricated and gives one good stamina
