When sitting in the movie theater watching a movie you just take the entire thing for granted, you want to be entertained and you don't really want to think about all the hard work which went into a specific movie. But you should, because it's amazing what these filmmakers put into their films (assuming it's not just all CGI). Take a look for example at the Alien: Covenant movie set build-up. All this for couple of scenes and then they destroy the whole set again. I wish they could somehow preserve these sets, like in an Movie Set Museum.

I remember seeing a 'behind the scenes' on Harry Potter and they spent months (and thousands of man-hours) building the set for the Ministry of Magic only for it to be blown up as part of the storyline.
Amazing, the lengths they go too...
